Ideas In Seeds Consulting (IDS) is a boutique consulting firm based in Toronto, serving enterprise clients across North America.

We specialize in three areas: Digital transformation, Technology Innovation, and Human-Centred Design. But what defines us isn't the services we offer,  it's how we work. We embed with client teams, stay through execution, and measure success by whether the transformation is running, not by whether the project was technically delivered.

Founded by Philip Folowosele, IDS was built on a simple observation: most transformation programs fail not because of bad technology, but because of misaligned priorities, poor adoption, and wasted effort. We exist to bridge that gap.

We've led work across M&A integration, OSFI regulatory compliance, enterprise technology delivery, and large-scale development programs.
